Entrance exams, Tuition fees

ADMISSION ADI´​S PROCESS

1. Fill and submit a student application form.

2. Send a letter of motivation (at least half page A4) written in English – via e-mail.

3. Send a portfolio with artworks (It should be at least five pieces, but It could be a mix of techniques.
    For example: painting, drawing, graphic design, photos…etc.).
    Please send your portfolio by an e-mail.

Academic year 2020/2021 starts in October 2020 - If necessary the date can be changed.

GENERAL INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS OF ENGLISH STUDY PROGRAME

Tution fee is 5 600,- EUR per one academic year - tuition fees are to be paid after confirmation of admission to study + after successful obtaining of visas

Following information can be useful for you:

Admission process:

  1. Sending following documents: portfolio (at least 5 examples of artwork – could be various techniques), motivational letter in English.
  2. After successful passing through, we will send a confirmation letter to applicant.
  3. With this letter it is possible to apply for getting student’s visa (getting it takes up to 6 months !).

Visa process - go to the Czech embassy in your native country with following: without these documents your Visa application will be denied!​

  1. 2x passport photos.
  2. Official letter from ADI of acceptance send signed and stamped by an e-mail.
  3. Conformation of accommodation - confirmed by owner. We will manage this for you.
  4. Criminal record.
  5. Passport.
  6. 81 400,- CZK / per year (only the account confirmation).

The school will send the Official Letter of acceptance and formal Confirmation of accommodation by mail to your current home address after successful admission process.

After all of this you have to get yourself a health insurance.
We are ready to help you with all your possible problems such as establishing Medical insurance, finding the right accommodation, processing any kinds of documents, getting student cards (ISIC) and public transport cards, picking you up at the airport, getting your visa and any other issues that may occur…

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR STAYING IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC AT THE TIME OF CORONAVIRUS

Dear friends, unfortunately, times have changed significantly - and with it the regulations and measures taken in the interest of health protection - you and your surroundings. We are ready to help you with all the administrative requirements, but some you only have to handle. If you have any questions or problems - we are at your disposal.

We believe that together we can do everything - in a good mood - and especially in good health.

CAUTION - IMPORTANT NOTICE!

According to the regulations of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic, due to the still ongoing Covid-19, you will need a new "OBLIGATIONS OF AN ENTITY RECEIVING FOREIGNERS IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC FOR EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES" in addition to the already stated visas.


The University may grant you this document (Commitments pouze) only on the basis of the documents provided by you:

1) Confirmation of accommodation in the Czech Republic for the entire duration of the stay, including the place where any quarantine measures will be carried out. In the event of a change of residence, your commitment that the change will be reported immediately - including the place of the quarantine measure.

(all accommodation providers should have such a "quarantine measure" today - if you have a problem - give info)

2) From the health insurance company (it can be from your country or from the Czech Republic) that you are insured for the entire period of your stay in the Czech Republic - even for a possible Covid-19.

3) Funds for the return journey - their proof on the account, or proof of an open ticket, or an affidavit - can be delivered to a notary only on the spot in the Czech Republic.
