10 YEARS OF ADI

We cordially invite you to an extraordinary exhibition of selected works of our students and graduates on the occasion of the 10^th anniversary of ADI.

OPEN DAY

The next OPEN DAY of this academic year will take place on Friday, 7^th June 2024.

The presentation in English starts at 11:00 am. You are welcomed to visit any studio for an individual consultation afterwards, until 12:00 pm.

GREAT SUCCESS OF ADI STUDENTS IN COMPETITIONS

Únětice Brewery announced a competition for a new label design for the Summer Special 8°. The winner was Magdalena Smutková (3^rd year), a student of the Graphic Design studio. We are very happy about the cooperation and we would like to thank both the brewery for its great support and all the students who participated in the competition. CHEERS!

The Intermedia Studio participated in the competition for the artwork for the meeting room of Alfa Laval, a company that manufactures heat exchangers. For the realization, focused on interconnectedness with nature, directly production components were used. The winning design will be implemented later in the year and all three winning designs were awarded a financial prize. Thank you for the pleasant cooperation.

GRAPHIC ART OF THE YEAR - CONGRATULATIONS - GREAT SUCCESS OF TEACHERS AND STUDENTS OF ADI

Graphic Art of the Year 2023 - award ceremony in the Imperial Stables.

The main prize in Category A - large format (graphic prints larger than 297 x 210 mm) was awarded to a teacher from the Painting Studio MgA. Markéta Bábková for her woodcut entitled "Wooden Window".

The special prize for graphic techniques The prize for printing from depth was awarded to a teacher from the Graphics/Drawing studio Mgr. et MgA. Eva Vápenková for a carborundum print "My Reality".

The exhibition runs from 11 April to 12 May 2024 in the Imperial Stables. The exhibition also includes works by a number of our students (Hana Šmidrkalová, Jan Sazama, Natálie Brdičková, Zlata Gakhovich, Pavla Šebková) and graduates (Lenka Krkavcová, Hana Lišková, Tra My Dang, Martin Kostelník).

The author of the photographs is Ariane Rybová, 1st year, Photography studio.

APPLICATION SUBMISSION FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2024/2025

The first in-person admission interview will be held on 22^nd March 2024.

Please submit your applications until 15^th March 2024.

APPLICANTS RESIDING IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC: These applicants will be invited to an admission process which takes place in the ADI building on 22^nd March 2024.

FOREIGN APPLICANTS NOT RESIDING IN CZECH REPUBLIC: The admission process is held throughout the whole academic year. An online admission inteview will be scheduled individually after sending an application.
